Priya Hutner is a freelance writer, natural foods cook and breath and yoga instructor. Also a registered ERYT-500 with Yoga Alliance, Priya has been practicing yoga, pranayama and meditation for more than 35 years and teaches her own blend of yoga with a strong emphasis on breathing. She has practiced many styles of yoga, including Hatha, Kundalini, Anusara, and Vinyasa yoga. Her style of teaching is relaxed, fun and uplifting.

Passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition, Priya is a gourmet vegetarian cook. She has been cooking and creating meals from an early age. She worked for many years in the hospitality industry in New York City. After moving to Florida, she worked as a vegetarian cook for a residential yoga community, where she helped plan menus, purchase ingredients and produce healthy meals for large groups and events. A natural foods cook, Priya prepares healthy meals for people with busy lives, offers cooking classes and caters small events.

She also consults and offers wellness programs and detoxifying cleanses for people interested in cleaning up their diets, rebooting their health and looking to losing weight. She teaches yoga classes, facilitates workshops, offers Yoga Detox Programs and Yoga Bootcamps for health and weight management. Priya also offers Veggie Cooking For Carnivores, vegetarian cooking classes.

Priya offers private consultations and instruction for people looking to improve their health, revamp their diet and lose weight.  She is available to teach individual and small group classes at your home.

In her personal time, Priya loves being outdoors. She loves skiing, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, snorkeling, and swimming.  She enjoys cooking, traveling and exploring.
