Chef's Special 

Try our five meal program delivered weekly in eco-friendly packaging. Menu's are a variety of balanced meals for people with no dietary restrictions.

Sample menus might include:

  • Grass fed mini meatloaf muffins, sautéed spinach and beet salad.

  • Chicken and farro with sautéed swiss chard and berry cobbler.

  • Asian Salmon bowl on greens and brown rice with side of sea vegetables

  • Grilled Steak Salad on mixed greens and roasted beets

  • Stuffed Zucchini with spinach and arugala salad, nuts and feta

Paleo diet 

We offer five meals delivered weekly for people on a paleo diet.

Sample menus might include:

  • Sliced Steak on a bed of greens with grilled vegetables.

  • Grilled Chicken with mushrooms, peppers, onions and zucchini over spaghetti squash  

  • Zucchini spaghetti with grass feed meatballs and pesto and side salad

  • Boar Burger on butternut squash bun with kale salad

  • Cornish Hen, lemon broccoli and fresh fruit

Clean low carb menus with lots of protein and vegetables support people living the Paleo lifestyle.

Vegetarian or Vegan 

This meal program is for people that are on a plant based diet. Meals are delivered weekly in eco-friendly disposable containers.

Sample:

  • Zucchini pasta primavera with pesto and herbed cashew cheese, salad and fresh berries

  • Kitcherie (mung beans and basmati rice) with vegetables, side of chutney and cucumber salad

  • Asian Stir fry with tofu and brown rice and cashews, and kale salad with goat cheese and roasted golden beets

  • Vegetable Quinoa Bowl with mixed green salad

  • Vegetable Lasagna with side of fresh fruit and salad

We create vegan and vegetarian plant based menus for people that don’t eat meat but want balanced healthy vegetable forward meals with protein rich foods, that include legumes, quinoa and nuts.

Meals for New Moms

Are you about to have a baby?  Cooking can be challenging with a new baby in the home. We take the stress out of meal preparation and design meals that are are high in iron, highly nutritious for the new mom and family. This is a great gift idea.

All menus are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron with leafy green vegetables like spinach, kale and chard and lean meats which provide iron and nutrients that support nursing mothers. 

Meals for people with serious illnesses

Our menus are individualized for people with cancer and other life challenging illnesses. We create meals that are healthy and supportive for the healing process while recognizing the importance of getting nutritious foods into the body while undergoing cancer therapies. 5 meals delivered weekly in eco-friendly packaging..

Sample menus might include:

  • Salmon, quinoa and lemon broccoli

  • Moroccan Vegetable Stew with kale and chickpeas

  • Chicken stir-fry with Asian vegetables and rice

  • Vegetable quinoa bowl on mixed greens

  • Fresh grilled fish with lemon and capers, sauteed spinach and baked sweet potato.
