Chef's Special 

Try our five-meal program delivered weekly in eco-friendly packaging. Menus are a variety of balanced meals for people with no dietary restrictions.

Sample menus might include:

  • Grass-fed mini meatloaf muffins, sautéed spinach, and baked steak fries

  • Roast herbed chicken with garlic Brussels sprouts and baked sweet potatoes

  • Pan Seared Salmon, lemon caper sauce,  asparagus, and seasoned rice 

  • Carnitas, slaw, and condiments

  • Twice Baked Spaghetti Squash with pesto sauce and vegetables

Low Carb offerings

We offer five meals delivered weekly for people on a paleo diet.

Sample menus might include:

  • Steak with chimichurri sauce, cauliflower rice, and roasted vegetables.

  • Coq au Vin with mushrooms, peppers, and onions, over zucchini noodles

  • Zucchini spaghetti with grass feed meatballs and pesto 

  • Beef Stew with cauliflower rice

  • Cornish Hen, lemon broccoli, and asparagus

Clean low-carb menus with lots of protein and vegetables support people living the Paleo lifestyle.

Vegetarian or Vegan 

This meal program is for people that are on a plant-based diet. Meals are delivered weekly in eco-friendly disposable containers.

Sample:​

  • Chana Dal, basmati rice, and aloo gobi

  • Asian Stir fry with tofu and brown rice, and vegetables

  • Quinoa vegetable patties with roasted sweet potatoes and herbed rice

  • Vegetable Lasagna with seared broccoli 

  • Black bean and cheese enchiladas with rice and cabbage slaw

We create vegan and vegetarian plant-based menus for people that don’t eat meat but want balanced healthy vegetable-forward meals with protein-rich foods that include legumes, quinoa, and nuts.

Meals for New Moms

Are you about to have a baby?  Cooking can be challenging with a new baby in the home. We take the stress out of meal preparation and design meals that are high in iron and highly nutritious for the new mom and family. This is a great gift idea.

Sample menus might include:

  • Steak with chimichurri sauce, roasted root vegetables, and seared broccoli

  • Lemon Chicken, roasted beets, and sauteed spinach.

  • Miso glazed Salmon, sauteed chard, and seasoned rice

  • Meatloaf, creamy polenta, and crispy kale

  • Spinach and artichoke casserole, black beans, and rice 

All menus are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, and iron, with leafy green vegetables like spinach, kale, and chard and lean meats which provide iron and nutrients that support nursing mothers. 

Meals for people with serious illnesses

Our menus are individualized for people with cancer and other life-challenging illnesses. We create meals that are healthy and supportive for the healing process while recognizing the importance of getting nutritious foods into the body while undergoing cancer therapies. 5 meals are delivered weekly in eco-friendly packaging..

Sample menus might include:

  • Pan seared Salmon, seasoned rice, and lemon broccoli

  • Moroccan vegetable stew with kale and chickpeas

  • Chicken stir-fry with Asian vegetables and rice

  • Chicken Pot Pie with vegetables

  • Chinese beef and broccoli with rice noodles
