Beef & Pork

Beef & Pork Menus

  • Taco Bar: Carnitas, Carne Asada or Ground Beef or Adovada Tacos,  rice and beans, cabbage slaw, pickled red onions, queso, salsa, avocado cilantro sauce

  • Beef Bourguignon, seared garlic broccoli, potatoes au gratin

  • Steak with Chimichurri sauce, roasted Brussel Sprouts with pecorino cheese and lemon zest, Potatoes Fondant 

  • Steak Au Poivre, pan seared asparagus and creamy garlic mashed potatoes

  • Beef Tenderloin with creamy horseradish sauce, potatoes au gratin, roasted brussels sprouts with pecorino and lemon zest
